Required inputs
One exact audio version, lyrics, credits, genre or positioning, intended audience, release goal, decision question, and confirmation that the customer controls the required rights.
HOW THE DECISION MAP IS PRODUCED
Every paid diagnostic uses the same review sequence so the customer can see what was observed, what was judged, and what still requires listener evidence.
One exact audio version, lyrics, credits, genre or positioning, intended audience, release goal, decision question, and confirmation that the customer controls the required rights.
Signal integrity, level and headroom evidence, dynamics, tonal distribution, rhythmic evidence, structural movement, and delivery readiness. Unreliable measurements are marked N/A rather than scored as zero.
Hook clarity and placement, lyrical focus, performance, production hierarchy, identity, audience positioning, campaign readiness, and the moments most useful for revision or short-form testing.
Findings are separated into direct observations, professional judgments, and questions that require real audience testing. A rubric score is never presented as a statistical probability.
The report names the three highest-priority actions, a promotion Budget Gate, and one recommendation: release, revise, test, or reposition.
Before delivery, the reviewer verifies timestamps, file identity, required sections, evidence labels, internal consistency, unsupported claims, spelling, and the promised scope.
The diagnostic does not guarantee streams, chart placement, playlisting, radio play, label attention, profitability, or commercial success. It does not currently use licensed live-chart audio features or a calibrated chart-probability model.
The report records the audio filename or stable version identifier, review date, rubric version, supplied materials, missing inputs, assumptions, and confidence. A materially revised mix, master, rewrite, or replacement song requires a new review.
The seven-day clarification window covers questions about the delivered findings. It does not include analysis of a new song or materially changed recording.
